Problem The company participates in public procurement, but monitoring platforms and analyzing tender documentation took an enormous amount of employees’ time. Manual review of hundreds of lots, studying multi-page documentation, and assessing whether participation was worthwhile — all of this was done manually, which led to missing suitable tenders and inefficient use of the team’s resources.
Solution Development of a Telegram bot with an AI agent that automatically monitors public procurement platforms, analyzes the documentation for each tender, and provides a ready-made conclusion on whether participation is worthwhile — without human involvement at the initial screening stage.
