Developed an AI system for automatic completion of dentists’ medical documentation based on audio recordings of initial patient consultations

  • Task Create a solution to automate the document workflow process in dental clinics and significantly reduce the time doctors spend filling out medical documentation.
  • Problem Dentists spent a significant amount of time manually filling out medical charts, odontograms, and other documents after seeing each patient. The need to record in detail the condition of each tooth, diagnoses, treatment plans, and other medical information took doctors up to 15–20 minutes after each patient, which reduced clinic throughput and increased the workload on staff.
  • Solution Implementation of an AI system that automatically analyzes audio recordings of medical appointments and converts the dentist’s spoken comments into structured medical documentation with automatic completion of odontograms and medical charts.
