Task Migrate the existing Telegram bot for handling citizen requests to the MAX messenger, preserving the system’s full functionality and ensuring uninterrupted employee work in the new environment without data loss or disruption of process logic.
Problem The government institution used a Telegram bot as the main tool for automating document workflows. Due to the requirement to move to domestic platforms, the need arose to migrate to the MAX messenger. A direct transfer was impossible because of differences in the API architecture of the two platforms, and any system downtime led to an accumulation of unprocessed requests and missed assignment deadlines.
